Items purchased at the Ekho Online Store may be returned directly to us. Please see the Return Policy below for mailing instructions.

Return Policy
Ekho Online purchases may be returned within thirty (30) days. Items should be returned in unopened packaging or original condition, with a completed return form and a copy of the packing slip, to our address below.

A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, please see our Damaged or Defective Product section below.

Return Instructions
Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. In order for us to properly process your return, it is important that these instructions be followed.

  1. Send the item in its original packaging.
  2. Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. We suggest using a box and bubble wrap.
  3. Include a copy of the packing slip (included with your shipment). We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a packing slip.
  4. Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please send it via certified or insured mail. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.
  5. All returns should be sent to the following address:

Damaged or Defective Products
To return a damaged or defective item within thirty (30) days of purchase, please contact Ekho Customer Service by e-mail at customerservice@ekho.us and put “Ekho Online Return” as the subject. Customer Service will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive the item and all of the proper steps have been followed and criteria have been met, you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that in order to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the item you must contact our Customer Service Department before returning the item to us. If it is determined that the product is not defective, the return shipping cost and original shipping cost will be deducted from your credit amount.

Any defective products that are returned after thirty (30) days of purchase will be covered by our Ekho Warranty Policy and will be repaired or replaced in our service center. To return a defective product after thirty (30) days of purchase, please fill out and include our "Service Document". You will find instructions on how to send your Ekho product back for warranty service. Click on the Online Repair Registration form, print out the repair confirmation and follow the included instructions. Please remember to include a copy of your original proof of purchase.

Ekho Warranty
The Ekho Warranty covers the receiver and transmitter for two (5) years from the date of purchase for defects in material or workmanship. Battery replacement is covered for the first six (6) months. Damage caused by misuse or improper or unauthorized maintenance is not covered.

PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED EKHO RETAILER IS REQUIRED FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS.
