How do I return an item?
Items purchased at the EKHO Online Store may be returned directly to us. Please see the Return Policy below for instructions.
EKHO online purchases may be returned within thirty (30) days if they are in original and unopened condition. Please contact EKHO customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and reference "EKHO Return" to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Items should be returned in unopened packaging and original condition. Returns must also include a completed "Return/Repair" form, and a copy of the packing slip or original proof of purchase. Packaging must be clearly marked with the RMA. Returns not including the original proof of purchase or packing slip, or not marked with the RMA will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped to our address below. Please note that this policy applies to items received as gifts as well.
EKHO will offer customer credit if the item is returned in opened packaging and/or used condition within the (30) day return period. Please note that this applies to items received as gifts as well.
EKHO does not offer refunds for any returns. EKHO does not accept any returns after (30) days from purchase.
If you are returning a defective or damaged item, please refer to the Damaged or Defective Products section below.
Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. In order for us to properly process your return, it is important that these instructions be followed.
1. Send the item in its original packaging.
2. Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.
3. Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email, and a completed "Return/Repair" form.
4. Clearly mark the package or shipping label with the RMA provided by EKHO customer service.
5. Use a secure shipping method and obtain a tracking number in order to verify delivery. EKHO is not responsible for items lost en route.

Damaged or Defective Products:
To return a damaged or defective item within thirty (30) days of purchase, please contact Ekho Customer Service at email@example.com and reference "EKHO Defective/Damage" in the subject line. A customer service representative will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which must be clearly marked on the box containing the return. A copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation email must be included with the return, as well as a completed "Return/Repair" form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. EKHO strongly suggests providing customer service with the tracking number for your shipment. Once the returned item has been received along with all the necessary documentation, please allow 7-10 days to receive a response. Once EKHO has confirmed the defect/damage, a customer service agent will contact you with your options. EKHO offers same product replacement or customer credit, which can be applied to future purchases. If it is determined that the product is not defective, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to receive the item back.
Any defective products that are returned after thirty (30) days of purchase are covered by warranty only if they have been registered for the EKHO (5) year warranty using the EKHO "Warranty Form" or original proof of purchase. To return a defective product after thirty (30) days of purchase, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RMA, then fill out and include our "Return/Repair" form with the return. Warranty returns received after (30) days from purchase that are not registered for the EKHO (5) year warranty, or with an original proof of purchase, are not eligible for free replacement. EKHO will offer a 25% discount to customers wishing to purchase a new EKHO product after returning a defective product that is not registered and/or does not accompany an original proof of purchase.
Ekho Limited Five (5) Year Warranty:
The following limited warranty services will be performed for the original owner of EKHO Brand Americas, LLC (EKHO) products (the Products). Defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of purchase of the Products by the original purchaser will be repaired or replaced, at EKHO’s sole discretion, at no charge to the original purchaser. Products subject to EKHO warranty service must be returned to their original place of purchase and their return must be within the warranty period. Products returned for warranty service must be repacked into their original packaging or other suitable packaging offering the same or a similar amount of protection to the Products. Notwithstanding the above, each Product must be individually wrapped if shipped along with other EKHO Products. You are responsible for delivery of the Products to their original place of purchase. All warranty returns must include a Proof of Purchase (i.e. receipt) or a copy of the Product Registration Form.
The above limited warranty does not apply to the following: 1) batteries, 2) use for other than its intended purpose, 3) Product abuse or accidents, 4) cracked or broken cases, 5) negligence by the user, 6) misuse by the user, 7) improper maintenance and 8) warranty service by anyone other than EKHO. The Product limited warranty is void if any work is performed on the EKHO Products by anyone other than EKHO.
THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED EKHO RETAILER IS REQUIRED FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS.
